I don?t know what happened to this store. It used to be our favorite, however, between erratic hours, staff that ignores you,... drinks made incorrectly and food charged for that is not provided. Unfortunately, this store does not do Starbucks credit orreflect the franchise?s level of service or product offering. Read more
Called to ask if they were open because they have been closed every morning till 10 for a long time and I saw it said open today... so I just called to ask, because I have an order for a company gathering I need to deliver on and the ?Bree? was so offendedthat I asked she said check the app and hung up right away so I couldn?t order or ask anything more about making a larger order.Why so offended and nasty to be a potential customer? The staff is great at this location: friendly and service is fast. Unfortunately, they just can?t hire enough of them. This... location has slowly decreased their hours open more and more the past few months to the point where they are only open for like4 hours a day and not even in the prime morning hours when people want coffee. Even when they are open, they disable the orderahead for this location. Starbucks corporate, how about you offer more competitive wages and benefits so that you can actuallyproperly staff your stores? Read more
