Not pleased at all! I placed an order a couple of days before my daughters birthday. I called the day before the delivery to... ask if my order could be delivered early because my daughter is a teacher and out of work by 3:00. I was told that wouldn't bea problem. That it would be on the first run since it was a school. I called at 2:46 the day of my daughters birthday and itstill was not delivered. It was delivered at 3:20. I ended up having to call my daughter and tell her it was on the way and ifshe could stay a little longer. Of course this spoiled the surprise. She didn't get to enjoy her birthday surprise with herco-workers. Read more

This location in Flower Mound is the BEST!! We are die hard Edible Arrangements shoppers in Denton, but we prefer this location... by far. They are always early, send notifications, have the best presentations & balloon/gift selections AND the folks thatwork here are courteous and very helpful - they clearly take pride in their work! Not good. Ordered to be delivered same day and it was never delivered as promised. No call, no text, or email. I called the... next day only to tell me the van had issues and no apology. It was disappointing. To top it off? when I received a thank youfrom the recipient, the presentation was less than impressive. Looked like it was in a fridge for a while. My favorite store. Love there customer service. I had order large chocolate dipped and white chocolate with sprinkles... strawberries and everyone loved it. Strawberries was nice size, fresh and firm. Delivery was prompt. I recommend to everyone forhealthier option. Thanks Ediable arrangement for beautiful art. Love it!! Read more
