Great staff..drinks always fixed perfectly Where is the great staff now? As of today, I must change my review from a year ago.... Very rude staff, not asked or offered any toppings that always come with my drink. I am a definite regular customer at thislocation so its very dissapointing. This store has always had service issues and high turnover, COVID not withstanding. I am respectful knowing their employee... turnover for years. It is a management issue not the person pouring coffee. I quit ordering cream in my coffee if I have it athome because coffee is always luke warm. Maybe a basic cup of coffee is not the priority, even though it is +$3 and likelylargest profit. I was yelled at when the store opened for ap orders then closed inside counter a week or so later. I keptgoing back anyway- COVID mindset of all customer behavior in my mind. lProbably better to support small business who wants mybusiness. We have other choices just across the street these days. I visit this Starbucks at least twice a week and the staff is always amazing. My drinks are never wrong and I am able to zip in... and out of the drive through in no time. I really want to give a great big Kudos to Chrispie... I recently have switched my dietand can no longer have dairy... I placed an order at the menu, and made some substitutions. When I got to the window, he chattedwith me about what my drink order really is and how it should be placed to save time (I was really fumbling at the intercom andI'm sure that was annoying) and also save $. But beyond that he actually printed a receipt for me with the description of thedrink for next time. This really made my day. I can't thank this location enough for having super stars on the team.
