Went for a friend's birthday. They didn't check in on our table the entire 1.5 hours we were there. We had to constantly walk up... to them to ask for updates on our order. The food never came and we ended up leaving after paying the bill. They didn't evenconsider giving us a discount. Read more
Consistently terrible service. Every time I've been here they take forever to take orders, they constantly get orders wrong and... take forever to serve. Last time we visited with a group of friends they didn't tell us for an entire hour that the kitchen isclosed and we won't get our food. We checked in with them every 20 min and they said the food is coming just to hear an hourafter we ordered the kitchen is closed. Pathetic service, and most of the staff barely understands English. So I attended JW for a after dinner celebration with friends for drinks. When we arrived we had to wait around 10-15 after being... seated to get someone over to help us. We kindly let the staff know we were waiting, not much of an issue but we soon realizedit was just the first indicator to how our night would continue to go. We place an order in for a few drinks and somethingcalled the suitcase. As well as some small appetizers. We waited about 15 mins to get two drinks and then around another 10 minsto get the suitcase of drinks, which was about 12 cocktail drinks. Nobody came to check on us while we waited patiently and wehad to ultimately get up to remind them we were still waiting for the rest of our drinks. Second time we had to remind them wewere waiting so far. They appeared to be confused about where our drinks were. At about 1 hour into it and as our frustrationswere rising, but still trying to enjoy our night were told the kitchen was close. Close. 1 hour after we placed the order. Weasked the guy why are we, not only being told that now, but also why did someone wait to put our order in and he simply replied"I don't know I was just told this" Just told what? It appears that the original guy taking our orders took them and never putthe drinks or food in and simply forgot we were there since nobody was checking on us. To have a group of 6 people waitingaround not being attended to is extremely unacceptable and what's even worst, when we asked what will be done about all theissues and problems we were having the guy said nothing can be done since the manager was not there. That perhaps explain thelack of service going on. I will never return back here. If I am spending my money there I should be treated with way morerespect, if you cannot handle a few drinks and a couple food orders maybe this is not the place for you. For an imaginary bar that's never open, except at strange inconsistent hours, it's not bad. Way better than the fake Karaoke... place 30 feet away. The only real complaint is the neighbors... I had to call the FBI to chase out the spooks lurking next doorand upstairs. Read more
