I used to come here as a kid at least 3x a week for 5 years after school 20+ years ago. Everyone who i interacted with was... really nice . Speedy service. I got a regular pie with pepperoni this time and the pizza was HOT right out of the oven! Good to see the return of Phil & Sons after a brief renovation. Flushing used to boast many pizzerias but over the years, a lot... of them closed up shop. Places like Al Dente, Barones, Glorias and another one that used to be on Roosevelt near Union Street(forgot the name of that one). Phils is still standing after all these years. As usual, I had to get my favorites, a Sicilianand a Grandma slice with a Stewart’s. That’s been the move since I used to go to the old Phil & Sons spot that used to beacross the street from St. John’s University. Read more

Pizza was decent flavor wise but there was no crust to speak of, the pizza was not crispy at all and lacked any texture and was... very chewy. All in all pizza was ok at best but for the price of 32 dollars I paid for a large pizza I was expecting pizza of alot higher quality. Read more
