Great always. But , they made me use the kiosk when available people were standing around doing nothing. They could've... personally took my order. Then they were nasty about it. The food is always good but they should deal with the attitudes andservice. Read more
For the most part this McDonald's is better than alot of other McDonald's. The food & service are good, always clean. My only... thing is some of the employees attitudes lack the happy to see you sound in their voices . It's usually more like your order isthis much, pay it , get your food & move along.... Next! Ordered at the drive through, get asked to pull your the front to wait for my good, no problem it's lunch time. The only drive... thru reserved parking is full, so I park right by the door. Girl comes out with a bag of food and asks if it's mine. I show hermy receipt and say the order number. She says "no, not yours" no big deal. I wait 15 minutes and still no food. Go inside withmy receipt and get handed a bag of cold food saying "they knocked on all the windows and asked if this was yours" I said Ishowed the girl my receipt and ask them to cook me new food since its now cold. The one girl says "people make mistakes, why dowe need to cool new. You didn't say it was yours" I said that I did say my number and that the girl that came out said itwasn't my food. Now it's cold. I didn't think I was being unreasonable. I get people make mistakes. The girls then get angryand start being rude. I then told the cashier I wanted a refund. Won't be back. I was on a long road trip through Georgia country highways and had few options. I stopped at a gas station to fuel up and get... some coffee, but decided that I would get an iced coffee from Mickey D's since it doesn't cause intestinal trauma. As I wasentering my order on the self-serve kiosk, (since McDonald's employees are too precious to have to actually take an order now) Ifound myself placing an order for food somehow. I immediately regretted the mistake and was rewarded with the wrong item andsubsequently the horrible texture of food made of, what seems to be, plastic and tofu.
