The broth was okay on both of the pho dishes that I ordered. The broth on the special pho was a little too sweet for my taste.... Meanwhile, the lemongrass flavor didn?t really come through with the beef lemongrass pho. Both broths were unfortunately lackingflavor. Also kinda disappointed that the egg rolls didn?t come with the traditional dipping sauce, they served the dish withsweet chili instead. The banh mi was okay, I think it can be improved by adding more of the pickled vegetables since there werevery little in the sandwich. Was very stoked to try this spot because of all the other great reviews but pretty disappointedoverall. Willing to give it another try and hopefully it?ll be better next time. Read more
they have the besttt coffee and banh mi in towwn. I was carving for some asian cuisines and google popped up this restaurant so... I went and checked it out. totally worth it. i have the chicken over rice with veggies and it was delicious. they have a varietyof food in the menu so it is great for family events or just casual hanging out. highly recommended! the vietnamese sandwichbanh mi is amazing, the chicken meat is tender and delicious, they have pork too and I will definitely try it next time! Pho here is totally amazing! the rice noodles soup is very good. Broth is on point like really really packed with flavor and... they are very generous with the meats! So much basils and lemons and bean sprouts with everything else that marries so welltogether!! Must have when at Folsom! the Vietnamese banh mi with pork is awesome too! they have 2 choices for the meat, eitherchicken or pork! and the banh mi is very crunchy and yummy! the vietnamese sandwich is the best here! The pho broth is delicious here, hands-down best pho broth in Folsom. Straight forward pho house, very clean and great... service! I really like the 14. special pho with a side of jalapeño and bean sprouts. The beef bones broth is super flavorfuland the meat is tender and the meat is perfectly sliced!
