From 10/28/22 My earlier review is below from 9 months ago. So sad that in under a year they've changed so much. It took 50... minutes to get 2 sandwiches. The philly cheese steak had no cheese and both sandwiches were luke warm with Luke warm fries. Several tables seated after us got their food before us. We had to go to the bar ourselves to get more drinks. The band tonightleft a lot to be desired, it actually made our 50 minute wait for food feel even longer. Hope they can turn things around. FromJanuary 2022 We've been here many times over the years, but tonight the service was on point! We sat outside on this chillyevening due to covid comfort levels. The server who seated us said she would check on getting the heater started for us. Shegot a propane tank, hand another server light it, and Emily our waitress was extremely attentive and friendly. All this while abig private party event was happening. Great food, atmosphere and beer! Keep up the great work. Read more

We'd been meaning to check out the Canyon Grill and Alehouse for a long time, and we finally visited it. We went on a Wednesday... evening around 5:30, which turns into Trivia Night at 7:00. (We weren't expecting that, and one of us is hard of hearing, so asthe seating areas started to fill up it got harder to communicate.) We ordered for 3 adults and 1 toddler. The menu is limitedwhen they have events there - fish & chips, ciabatta chicken sandwiches, and a few other things are off the menu. The server waskind enough to let me order the chicken sandwich anyway because it was still well ahead of the event starting. Water was served, but it's self-refilled from the dispenser by the bar area. They kindly brought out the kids meal first since it was taking awhile, but they did not bring any kids drinks (not even water). The food itself was just OK. The side salads used grape tomatoesthat didn't taste good. The fries were fine, but not good. The burgers were pretty standard -- not great, not bad. In general,we left feeling like it it's a great place to go get a beer and maybe a snack, but it's not a place to go for a great meal andnormal dine-in service. Maybe it should be called the Canyon Alehouse and Grill, because it has fun the beer/brewery vibe forsure, but the food is sort of an afterthought. Go there if you want to get a few of their many beers on tap, hang out withfriends, or perhaps sit on the inviting patio weather permitting -- or play trivia. There's plenty of hightop and regular tableseating, and even a few video games and board games by the front door. Read more

Food was good, but really late and some of the substitutions done due to supply issues were questionable. Service was very nice... and tried to make it right, but didn't see you know the menu to tap list at all. Trivia was on point and professional. Read more
