I?ve been coming to this location for a while. Yesterday I ordered 2 regular gelatis with extra custard and a pretzel , which... came to $15!! I brought this back since I was in the drive thru in an effort not to hold up the line. I spoke with the owner.She was SNIPPY at first but withdrew after I corrected her and questioned the quality and integrity of her business practicesand product. She rectified by ultimately agreeing to my request of a refund and repurchasing of a a large size which wasgreater proportioned And offered to allow me to keep the previously made gelatis. Not my best experience but I have had worseexperiences elsewhere. I am still willing to give them another shot. Read more
