So i wrote. Review not tk long ago because of the 50 dollars basically stolen from me by this 711 plus i was charged 6 dollars... for no reason at all and i was told to dispute it with my card company and it was denied for god knows what reason. So thatmeans really im out of my money. If this is the kind of thing that the employees do on a regular to people i dont see how thisstore is still open or how they havent had a lawsuit against them luckily i save everything plus the employees name, transaction record and my mother also went to the 711 to ask about it because i dont live in Fontana on another day. Its o ly 56 dollarsbut still it was stolen from me so i really should take it to small claims court. Im considering it. Don't ever use credit cardsat this store because the employees literally steal from you. Worst 711 ever. Read more
Terrible customer service today from Edith. She really needs customer service training. Maybe 40 hours worth and a bucket of... magic Skilttles so she can taste the rainbow. I know that may seem a tad extreme but trust me.... she needs it. Also, amedicinal marijuana break every 25 minutes might help take the edge off of her shining personality. I won't spell out thedetails of our ridiculous exchange, but after reading other reviews on this location, you get it. Terrible attitude, very smartmouthed, not helpful at all. The store owner should take the numerous complaints more seriously and do something about these employees. I, like many others will not spend my money at this location ever again. The owner should keep in mind that theemployees are not vested in your business like you are. Harboring disrespectful and obviously unhappy workers who are drivingpaying customers elsewhere, only hurts your bottom line. Read more
Insanely rude cashier girl (brown hair, Hispanic, long nails) ... We went in to get a Slurpee. Our card's chip is broken, so it... needs to be swiped. We told her and she kept having us insert our chip, which didn't work because, like I said, our chip isbroken. She made us insert the chip twice, then swipe once, then she would cancel the transaction and tell us to do it again.She had us repeat this process about 10 times before telling us, if we didn't have another card, she "couldn't take us". To beentirely honest, she looked pretty pleased about the whole thing. It was so crowded and the line behind us was piling up, so Ijust decided it wasn't worth it and left without the Slurpee. You can't manually enter my card? You really kept making me entermy broken chip then have me swipe then you'd cancel the transaction? I really think she just wanted to embarass me... Awful customer service. Bryan was very rude and disrespectful. Was showing middle finger to his customer and when asked to speak... to the manager, he said no I cannot talk to the manager. Refused to give me manager name and number so I could it complaintabout him. Very disappointed and never going back there. Read more
