Both my sons love their chocolate donuts. They are soft and tasty. So glad we have dunkin donuts in our neighborhood!
Basically only giving 1 star because the caramel macchiato was the only item I received that tasted adequate. I ordered 2 bacon... egg and cheese wraps.... well to say the least they tasted like garbage. The eggs where cold, and I didn't receive any bacon! Irepeat, there was no bacon! My whole world shattered after realizing that. I also ordered 2 hash browns. These too where in factgarbage. They were not crispy at all, just a bunch of soggy half dollar potatoes. Added to my order was their so called "applefritter." This was no fritter, this was literally a cinnamon roll. There wasn't any apple filling, or glazed top. I get betterones from the cheap donut shop down my street. All in all I was very disappointed. Read more
To start off. I was having a bad day & figured I?d treat myself to some Dunkin?. I had never tried it and had always heard good... reviews. My experience was the complete opposite. I came at 8pm on 8/27, the person who took my order was helpful and helped mechoose my first drink. However, when I went to get my drink, the young lady who charged me was also kind, but the blonde hairedgirl who made my drink made it so careless. I received my drink without the cold foam that I payed for. I nicely told them I wasmissing the foam. The girl who rung me up apologized and handed it off to be remade. She handed my drink to the blonde hair girland she did something to my drink. The girl who rung me up told the other worked ?that?s not how they asked for it? and theblonde hair replied ?it doesn?t matter?. I purchased a large iced latte with pumpkin swirl & oat milk with pumpkin foam. I alsoasked for cinnamon. My drink tasted so bad, hardly any ice, and no cinnamon.
