The breakfast food is decent. Most of the drinks are free refills like the hot chocolate and milk (they didn't used to be). But... I asked for cupcake pancakes, they didn't put the icing on them as the description said. I asked for the Seasonal fruit butbarely got any as it was a small bowl with just watermelon and honeydew melon. I was told that that's all they had. Read more
On a Wednesday it took 45 minutes to get my food from the time I ordered. When I got it, it wasn't even cooked properly, I told... the waiter and she took my plate and said she will get me a new plate of food. 20 minutes later I finally get my food and it'sstill not cooked right but I didn't bother asking for a replacement again. Worst service; Order blueberry French toast, Server came and give classic French toast and when asked she said i can bring... blueberry on the Side . No shakes Were Available . Waited almost 15 min just to get a fork . I would say, since ihop is quiteOld chain Restaurant but that doesn?t mean there server are entitled to be So casual about their Service . Its not a home youare serving a food to the child , Its more like Restaurant were people coming to get service, Since server are entitled fortheir Tips$$$. ; Same way customer were Also Entitled for their Service.
