Prices have risen and quality has dropped significantly. This pizza tasted like actual disappointment. I accidentally bought a... pizza on Thin Crust (their website is pretty weird to navigate, and the picture of the crust on the pizza customization page wasnot of an actual thin crust), and regretted it as soon as I saw it. When I tasted the pizza, my regrets were only furtherconfirmed. It tastes like stiff cardboard or cheap stale tortillas. I don't think my family will finish this pizza. The pastawas edible, but bland. The cheese breadsticks were the most satisfying part of the order, and the delivery. I spent close to $50on this order, which is ridiculous. Really feeling like Pizza Hut owes me a refund for that gross pizza at least. (I did tip$12, which I think is still fair because I value the efforts of delivery drivers. that's the only money I can truly say wasdeserved in this order) Read more
On February 16th, my son's birthday, I ordered his favorite Pizza. Sausage and Pineapple. Since neither my wife or I share his... taste, we ordered a Sausage and Black Olive. When the Pizzas arrived, they were both Sausage and Pineapple. I called the store, was hung up on. I called again and asked for the manager. I was told he was busy. I was asked to leave my name and number. Iwas told he would return the call. No call that night. I called the next morning. I did reach the manager. After explainingwhat happened, he issued a store credit for the entire amount. On Friday the 18th, I called to use the store credit. For mywife I ordered a pizza with onions, mushrooms and black olive. For myself I ordered double sausage and black olive. When theyarrived my wife's was correct. Mine, however was completely wrong. It was a half and half. One half was pepperoni. I thinkthe other half was bacon. I immediately called and asked for the manager. I was told he was busy. I WIULD NOT recommend this location for anyone to order pizza. Placed order at 2:14pm. Got confirmation that it was going to be... delivered 3:31. Got a text stating it was out for delivery at 3:14. The pizza did not arrive until 3:50. The pizza it being only2 mediums arrived cold and late. My distance from the pizza hut location is 2.7 miles. First time this happens and I would notwant to order again. Other times I have ordered pizza is amazing drivers are great and overall good. Besides the pizza arrivinglate and cold, I tried calling the location many times and no one answered it being to order another pizza, change order, or tocontact management. Very disappointed.
