Took my family here today. It was not very busy at the time. Only two other customers besides us. We ordered two smoothies. A... pb+banana and a mango go go. I asked to substitute the milk to almond milk in mine. The person who was making our drink tried tomake enough of the mango go go for our order and person behind us order. Well they didn't make enough to fill both of ourorders. So they fill our cup to about 80% and fill the other cup to the top. We said it wasn't full but they just look at us. Noverbal response. It wasn't worth it arguing so we just went on our why. But after a couple a sips of my pb+banana I realized ithad real milk in it. I'm lactose intolerant so I knew right away. UPDATE: after filing the mildly critical review below, I got an email from Jamba Juice corporate headquarters. They invited me... to contact them back by email. I did that even though I wasn't terribly worried about my experience. Within a few hours I got acall from the manager of the Jamba Juice where we had visited. She was very kind and invited me to come and bring mygrandchildren and have Jamba Juice done right. We went back today And they made good! The Blue Sky Bowl I got was very tasty andthe consistency was as it should be. So in addition to feeling great about the bowls and shakes that we got, I was veryimpressed by the responsiveness of this company. Whereas before I might not have gone out of my way to go to a Jamba Juice, nowI will! Amazing customer service! Good job! Initial review: I'm used to Blenders in the Grass in Santa Barbara. I went in and got it the usual drink that I always do, from the moment I walked in the lady that was helping me was rude didn?t... seem like she wanted to be at work, maybe had a bad day. She rang me up made my drinks, One of my drinks were completelywrong. I told her they were wrong and told her that I ordered a different drink very politely! She then argued that I didn?t andinsisted that the drink she made is the one I ordered, I kindly told her but I always get the same drink and I didn?t even knowthat they had A drink as the one that she made. She turned around very upset and starting making my new drink. Then the managercame out asked her what was going on she told her right in front of me that the drink that she made is the one that I orderedand that I told her that I did not order that drink and then now she has to make a new one but that she knows that she?s rightand I?m wrong. Under The managers breath she agreed with her and just told her to make the drink, The employee went on to tellthe manager more about how she was right and how I was wrong and the manager continue to go along with her until I stop them andreminded them that I was standing there right in front of them and that I can hear everything they were saying. The manager thenapologized and said I can have the drink that they made by accident for free as if that was going to distract me or make up forthe fact that they were talking disrespectfully and calling me a liar right in front of them. I come in here quite often andspend a decent amount of money here almost every other day, i?m always kind and polite to all the staff & I am very surprisedthat management would allow this type of behavior in for the customers and as I told the manager yesterday I will never go backto the store again.
