We stopped by the Backyard today for lunch around 2 pm and the smell coming from JD?s Mobile Cafe truck had me interested before... even reading the menu! I had to go with the Catfish Po boy, and I?m VERY glad I did!! There were so many options it wasn?t easydeciding! The first bite I knew I made the right choice. It was fantastic!!!! The grilled bun was perfection, the crispycatfish, fresh tomato and lettuce and sauce were delicious!! The fries were seasoned and soooooo good!\n\nThis will be my ?goto? truck when at the Backyard?.. the couple running the truck were very accommodating and appreciative for the business. Nexttime I?m going for the Impossible Burger (plant based burger!!) loaded! I LOVE the non-meat options for me!!
