I went in today for a quick lunch. Walk in there was one girl upfront. Girl with the braids greeted me with a smile great... customer service. Made a great sandwich. Heard other employees but didn't see anyone till she she had to go get help. The otheremployees didn't seem like the cared to help what so ever. Not only did it take 20 minutes to take my order thru drive thru I got home with the wrong sandwiches and when they passed the... drinks to me there was soda spilt all over the side getting the interior of my car sticky. They also made fun of me for askingthem to repeat themselves because they were so quiet thru the headset. First of all, you get to build your own sandwich. (Unless you pick a menu item that they will make right in front of you.) There... is always fresh product to put on the sandwiches. You tell them what you want (from the selections behind the glass barrier) andthey put it on. There are several types of bread to pick from. We get ours to go and make a picnic out of it or take it home toeat it. You can also eat it at the shop but it's just a few tables, nothing fancy! Wherever you eat it, you will enjoy it! Read more
