EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The food is sub par at best.. mess ups happen, and that is totally fine. But with the lack of respect... and customer service I am not sure how the place is still standing. I have ordered from this place multiple times and have hadseveral issues but never complained because having family in the food/restaurant industry and most times I just take it as aloss. It?s fast, and cheap and I hate complaining. Tonight I decided to call because I had ordered several orders of the beefsticks(The one thing that everyone in my house likes from there) I explained the issue & that they were literally not edible.Offered to bring them back to them and they said they will not remake them and to just not order them going forward because thatis the way that they are. I said we get multiple orders of these every time we go and the kids order this as there meal becausethe things that they typically get from other Chinese places they do not like from this specific spot (sesame chicken, generaltso?s ect we have tried it all) We know what they are supposed to taste like and this is not it. They would not budge on theremake and stood by that they made them properly. This was the final straw for me. None of my family or friends will be orderingfrom this dump. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Read more

IF you live in Forest Hill -- there is no alternative for take-out chinese. Silver Palace is hands-down the best.

I have ordered from here for years. Recently, the customer service has hit rock bottom. The girl that works at the counter has... no personality and is flat rude. She has been rude on multiple occasions, but last week was unbelievable! I tried to place anorder at the counter last Friday evening. She refused to allow me to order! She said I had to wait one hour before she wouldtake the order. What? I went to the car and placed my order online. Had the meal not been going to a nursing home patient, Iwould have gone somewhere else. However, someone I know was looking forward to that meal, so I was persistent instead ofdriving away. What kind of restaurant refuses to take an order? Rude employees should not be tolerated. If this is a familymember, they should be moved to the back room with no contact with customers. Even though the food is good, I won?t be back anytime soon. If you?re looking for this kind of food, go somewhere else. This restaurant doesn?t seem to value their customers.
