We sat in line for 30 min only to pull up to the menu and they said sorry we actually just closed. It was 8:30. They had a... little sign on the board that said due to short staff we will be closed at 8:30. But they didn?t have a sign that anyone can seeto actually know that until you pull up there. Read more

I?m disappointed with the service I received at this DQ location. On a Friday I went to order a large sheet cake at this... location custom decorated for an event happening that Saturday. I told them I needed it ready by 2 PM that Saturday. Theemployees told me they could do it and that it would be ready in time. I was told that they would call me when it was ready topick up. So Saturday around 2:15 PM (which is after the time it should have been ready by) I hadn?t received a phone call sayingit was ready so I just figured that it was ready and they forgot to call. So I go to the store to pick it up and the response Iget from the employees is ?well it wouldn?t be ready today because it?s Saturday and the managers decorate the cakes and theyaren?t here on the weekends?. So I responded by explaining that I had been told that it could be ready by this time. Soreluctantly they go check in the back and don?t find the cake so I tell them ?well I needed the cake by today so please justcancel the request for the cake and I?ll have to figure something else out?. The employees seemed incredibly confused by why Iwould ask for it to be cancelled but I didn?t worry about it since I fortunately hadn?t prepaid for the cake. I ended up justbuying an undecorated one off the shelf and I asked if they could just write a simple message on the cake. They respond with?honesty dude we are so swamped today so we can?t?. While I understand many business are understaffed I do not agree with thatthey were too busy. There were two employees there, it was drive through only (except for cakes), there were maybe three cars inline, and it was raining out so I don?t think there was going to be a big rush in the next five minutes. I was not given anytype of apology for the cake not being ready by the employees. They didn?t even say something simple like ?we?re sorry it?s notready.? This place also charges way too much for soft serve ice cream and in my opinion the managers should be there Read more

Terrible. You can't order inside. You can only do drive thru if you're not ordering a cake or picking up an order. Every... business is open for business but not the FL dairy queen. More than 1 car left the line that wasn't moving for the drive thru.Won't even try and go back. You can tell they aren't wanting to or trying to open. Read more
