Asked if they participated in the sandwich bingo that was sent to me in an email. Both employees had no clue about it. It was... buy 3 sandwiches and get one in a reward. We choose to buy only one by the app. I went next door, but wife ordered! They lostour ticket waited for 25 minutes before asking for sandwich. Normally would give five stars. Today was a zero!!! What we supposed to get, versus what we got the first time; meat missing, no tomato requested specifically and it was only... tomato and lettuce (instead of a vito). The second sandwich was missing peppers as well and had extra items on it unrequested.To be fair they did promptly send replacement sandwiches after we called. Found a green hair approximately 5 inches long on thereplacement sandwiches, no solution offered when called again. Gave two stars because I felt bad for the driver and at least shewas nice.
