Went to the drive through around 10:20pm and there was only on car in linear the window. Waited about 10 mins before some ask... what I wanted to order. Soon as I mention what I wanted, I was asked to hold on. No one return over the speaker to completetaking my order. I waited another 10mins and still no one. The car at the window had looked like they had been waiting for awhile for their order. Decided to leave and get something else. UPDATE: I completed the form as requested by the owner below to provide my contact information, and have not heard anything... back. This is by far the worst location I?ve encountered. I?ve visited this location 4 times to be exact and each time, therehas been an issue; however, tonight will definitely be my last wasted trip. The restaurant closes at 10:30PM. I arrived at10:21PM. The ?open? sign was still lit, as well as the menu light at the drive thru. The back door was also opened. I sat at thespeaker for a couple of minutes before driving to the window due to no one coming on the speaker to take my order. Once at thewindow, I could see about 3 employees gathered talking and then looked my way, and called more over to see there was someone atthe window?apparently, it was funny, because they all began to laugh and one young lady motioned at the window waving there?s nomore food?.this was still before the closing time of 10:30PM. A lady, I?m assuming the manager opens the window to tell methere?s no more food. I am very puzzled and frustrated as it was before closing. I?ve come to this location before, maybe 15minutes prior to closing, and received the same response. In these cases, the closing time should list 10PM, or have a betterprocess for closing, so food can still be served prior to the actual closing time. Read more
I am never one to post reviews. But this is the worst place I have even been. I placed my order at 7:39 online so by the time I... got there it will be ready. First the inside was closed due to short staff. Okay cool. I got in line to get my food since Ialready paid. I have waited in line since 7:45 and here is it 8:36 and I have been sitting at the window waiting for my foodthat should have been ready already for over 10 minutes. And you can hear them laughing and playing around in there. But nobodyhave the nerve to come to the window and let me know that it?s coming or anything. But oh they can walk by the window and see ifyour still sitting there and then walk away like you didn?t see them. There are at least 12 cars behind me that will probably besitting here at least another hour. I understand short staff. But then close if you can?t keep up with business. I've been to my share of golden chicks because I love their food and this by far is the worse one. Their lobby was closed at 8pm... even though it says they close at 10 and I had to wait in drive through for almost an hour to get my food and it wasn't evengood. They definitely need a lot of improvement from management all the way down to the workers. This will be my last time evercoming back to this one. Read more

3 stars for the hot food and delicious sweet tea? Ordered the jr meal with 2 strips and added a leg. Although my food was hot... and fresh, I only got to enjoy one chicken strip the fries, gravy and my sweet tea. The other strip was so small and it was justskin. The leg was burnt to where I couldn?t even chew the skin. The roll wasn?t really fresh not what I?m used to. So yea Ididn?t $10 on nothing honestly cause I was still hungry. Read more
