Very poor quality food (nothing was fresh all veggies were dried out). Very much disappointing.
I have gone to this location since it first opened up at Walmart. It used to be great. Friendly service, yummy food and a great... environment. I think management may have switched as the past several months I have had terrible service. I understand that theemployees are clearly not paid enough or given the proper training, so even though my problem stemmed from an employee, I wouldlike to make it noted that this is a management problem. On 8/28 I placed a mobile order that my partner picked up for me andbrought to my work. After dropping it off, we realized that it was the incorrect order, and was actually a door dash order. Idid not like what came in the order, so I unfortunately was not able to eat lunch. I immediately called so I could get a refund,in which the employee who was very short and rude, told me I have to bring the order back to the store to receive a refund. Iexplained that I cannot come back up to the store since I was at work in which the employee replied, "well i don't know what totell you then". I contacted Subway customer service right away, which I did not receive a response from. Today I decided to callthe headquarters in which I was told the comments get directly sent to the store, which explains the lack of a response. The HQtold me to dispute it with my bank and there is nothing they can do. I love subway, but unfortunately there is no winning atthis location. You eat in and are berated by the employees-- you order out and you are still berated by employees. This was notmy only bad experience lately, which is why I am so upset. I also would have understood if the situation was handled properly,but the communication on their end has been mean or non-existent. Hopefully they take this subway out and replace it withsomething more reliable or replace management, which it severely needs. Read more
If you want your sandwich with a full serving of attitude, this is the place for you. I really dislike buying anything from this... location, but it's the closest Subway around and my pregnant wife was craving a sub par sandwich. I placed my order online andpatiently wait until they start making mine, 10 minutes after the app stated it would be ready (not a big deal). While waiting,there are 3 other customers ahead, who are placing their order. The lady making the sandwich is taking her sweet time doingeverything else but making the sandwich; she adds ingredients on one and turns around and does something else for a good twominutes. Needles to say, that first set of customers were upset about waiting for about 15 minutes to get their sandwich, asthey leave the subway lady starts talking bad about the customers who just left. The customer directly ahead of me asks forextra banana peppers and that same lady adds maybe 4, the customer asks again and she adds 2, she asks again and the lady saysthat she has already put enough on. Thankfully someone else started making my order, so I didn't have to directly deal with thatlady. Read more
Walked up at 8:30pm on 7/15/22 and they had their gate pulled almost closed. There were workers visibly cleaning so I asked them... ?are you closed?? They said ?Yes?! Obviously they were supposed to be open until 9pm but they clearly didn?t want to helpanyone so they could get out at 9pm sharp. What a shame. Read more

Thursday 11/21 7:00pm There are three workers are in this location and the first thing I see and hear is an associate from... Walmart being rude and yelling at the workers there cussing and demanding his food so rudely but at the same time the workerswere just playing around and not paying attention to the people who were just trying to pick up the online orders the guy thathelped me did great was nice and very friendly but the girls that were there were just loud, and constantly being rude betweenthe associate both the girls and the Walmart associates should be get on to for the simple fact that they were rude tocostumers.
