Having never been to Canada, I wanted to try this Canadian classic. I ordered a cold brew, apple fritter and Farmer's Breakfast... Wrap and everything was absolutely delicious. The chipotle sauce added a nice tang to the wrap, and the fritter was the perfectsize. If you've not been to a Tim Hortons before, you need to give it a try. Read more
Very understaffed, but the food was on-parr to other Timmy?s across the country. Cashier was taking an order for the drive thru... while making somebody else?s order. Didn?t ask if my friend and I were inside or to-go, assumed to-go. But I?m just nitpicking.Overall, not a bad spot, just understaffed. Read more
There were a handful of people in store and a full staff, but it still took 30 minutes to make a breakfast sandwhich. A harvest... breakfast sandwich (patty, egg, cheese, muffin) which came out as a patty on a muffin. This on top of thier espresso machinebeing broken.. worth just waiting until the next town. Cashier was helpful and friendly. We were unfamiliar with the menu and she was patient while decided what to order. Canadian... Maple donuts are to die for! I would give 5 stars if the place was cleaner and swept. Read more
Good coffee, Tim bits are only plain and sour cream, the 2 working are rude and give you service with a smirk ,like she's doing... me a favor and what ever happened to saying thank-you. Worst service ever! Read more
The worst customer "service" I have ever experienced at a Tim Horton's and the worst part is the staff don't care. Drive thru is... always extremely long for a line up of 3 - 6 cars... I worked at Tim Horton's before and would get fired if I took as long asthey do. They should be getting through each car at the speaker in about 30 seconds. Each car actually takes them more than 60seconds. They don't know how to make ice capps properly as they don't put the right amount of cream in. If you order just aregular ice capp, it'll come out dark - not creamy like it's supposed to. Also, I just went through this evening and a fairlyyoung female employee with short hair gave me pure liquid when I ordered an ice capp. She even acknowledged what she did but didnot apologize and was very rude and derogatory. Not bad but always seems to be closed early now or don't have what you're looking for, sometimes they're out of what they need... to make what you want or sometimes ask if they can make it without. Alot of times they're out of food. I would give 5 stars butthey're nowhere near as good as they were before. Read more
Worst tim hortons I've ever been to. The parking lot is like bombs blew up and you constantly spill drinks trying to leave.... Coffees are normally stale old or the wrong type drinks are rarely stirred. Give you dark roast instead of normal coffee. Givesyou wrong drinks. Wrong foodnitems all the time It's almost like they don't understand English. Never have I been more upsetwith a tim hortons. Read more
