Menu for Brock's Riverwalk Tavern & Restaurant in Fort Atkinson, WI

Took an hour to get food, most was cold and not everything was brought. Then it took another 20 min to get what wasn't brought.... They need more waiters and faster or more cooks. Food that wasn't cold was very good, that's why 1 star not 0. No manager waspresent, cook said we might get money back when manager gets our number. If that happens I will change to 2 star. Got a 25dollar voucher after talking with manager on phone. Will update again after our next visit. Read more

Super in for a Sunday lunch, the place was nearly empty. The menu had some very appealing options. Unfortunately, 3 of 4 lunches... were overcooked which might help to explain the extra long time it took to get food. Read more

Came here with two friends and two children while they were pretty slow. Took about 45 min. to get our food. When it came, the... Pepperjack BBQ Beef had cheddar on it and was well-done rather than medium. The chicken wings special was super dry. The baconwas way over cooked on two burgers. The tuna sandwich was great, but it?s honestly hard to mess that up. The Bloody Mary barwas reasonably priced and had a good selection. We were just out for a drive when we passes thru this town and we found this place. We are glad we stopped in. They have an... amazing bar that overlooks the water. Pool table, dart boards, and so much more... They have a nice selection of craft beers ontap to choose from. We decided we were going to eat after reading through thier menu. Our server was very friendly. Sheexplained the specials and some of her favorites. Our daughter had the Alfredo pasta kids meal which was very tasty. My wifehad the steak sandwich which was seasoned perfectly and cooked perfect. Lastly I had a fresh berry salad that was wonderful. It had fresh apples, mandarin oranges, grapes, candied nuts with a raspberry dressing. Very nicely done. I would have giventhis place a 5 star review, but I felt that the prices were a bit high. Ordered prime rib came out cold. Wife ordered a steak medium rare came out very rare. Got my prime rib returned, it was hot the... vegetables were cold. My wife finally got her steak after everyone else finished their meals. Asked the waiter what they willdo about the service and he spoke with a manager who said they will buy us 2 desserts. We said we didn't want dessert and weretold that was all they could do for us. 5 meals purchased, 2 bottles of wine. Thought they should have comped one of the meals.Very disappointed. Read more
