I order a venti matcha latte ordinarily with 9 scoops of matcha, this location regularly goes light on the scoops so this time I... ordered 11, paid extra for more scoops. When the order was up I verified they put 11 and they assured me they put 11. I figuredit looked light but maybe it wasnt mixed well. No I was basically handed a star wars milk. If I pay over 5 dollars it had bettereither be full of matcha or be a whole gallon of milk. I don't understand why it's necessary to skimp someone on green tea itsnot baby formula. Read more
WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. They have managed to make my husband's and my order correctly ONCE. And we gave them a lot... of chances....love how they also ALWAYS charge me for the vanilla sweet cream cold foam that I order but never makeit...terrible crew! Especially on weekends! Love this location! The baristas make the best mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos. I only wish they were open later in the day.... It also stinks that I cannot use my app to pay with my debit card, but that is not their fault. It would be terrible for mywaistline if they had a drive through because I'd be there daily. ha!
