The crew here doesn't always get everything right, but they have some pretty good customer service for fast food. I feel like... I'm treated like a person here instead of just another order. The manager who works in the afternoon and evenings does a greatjob-you can tell he cares. Read more

Don't get me wrong because I usually love Arby's, but this location in north Ft Collins was pretty bad. Since only the drive... through was opened, we sat in the line for 15 minutes only to find out that they were out of roast beef for the next 20 minutes. So since I was stuck in the line and couldn't get out I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich with the rest of my order. Bothof our chocolate shakes had chocolate syrup all over the outside of the cup and my order had a gyro instead of the sandwich Iordered. Even the Euro had way too much sauce and it was a mess. Went through drive through tonight wanted a beef and cheddar sandwich and a large orange cream sickle shake. Simple enough... right? Apparently it was too difficult of an order because when I got home I had a beef sandwich with no cheddar nothing.Absolutely disappointed in the quality of my order. How the heck do you get a simple order screwed up. I'm too exhausted to evengo all the way back out there. I get up at 4am for work. Only thing that was correct was my dang shake. Read more
