We came in maybe 30 minutes before close and this little girl was NOT happy to make my ice cream.. She was so rude my family... just decided to get their ice creams somewhere else. We have always loved cold stone but somebody needs to teach her customerservice. We were super nice too she was just lazy and unhappy to be doing her job. Sad ???????? Ice cream was great though. Went into the store today, July 27th 2021 at 6:05. Two employees were working and I have not had this bad of an experience at... one of their locations ever. I planned to pay for my ice cream with a promotional coupon I earned on the website Moocho. Iredeemed my points for the app for the coupon for this specific location. I ordered and went to pay at which point they told metheir tablet for the Moocho app was broken. I didn?t bring a wallet as they still advertised accepting the app, and I wouldn?thave bought ice cream if I didn?t have a coupon. I walked away at which point they decided to try and put my ice cream onto mygirlfriends bill. I?d made it really clear I wouldn?t be purchasing it if I wasn?t able to pay with the method they advertisedfor accepting. One of the employees did give me the ice cream which I appreciated, however they were clearly frustrated about itand were incredibly rude in the way they spoke to me and my girlfriend after. I tried being friendly and telling them to have agreat day when we left, however I got no response and dirty looks. The blond employee who was working was particularly rude. I placed an online order and it was suppose to be ready at 7:15pm. When I arrived at 7:14pm at the store to pickup my order. It... was sitting on the counter. I took my order out to my car to find everything was almost completely melted. DON'T use thereonline ordering unless you want your stuff melted.
