Second time eating here; the prices are great. I liked the taste of the broth. I did order extra steak but couldn?t tell the... difference. Overall pretty good; I wish they gave me the extra steak as I asked! Read more

Sadly, no longer the flavor that was once here. All of their prices went up and no longer match their website, nor the menu in... the table. I ordered a large pho, with extra meat (rare steak). There was maybe 5 pieces of steak. Not sure what has happenedbut the recipe seems to have changed as the broth didn't have the normal flavor. Noodles were sweet and mushy. Hot sake gotdelivered in a wine glass, room temp. Rice paper roll had zero flavor. Tasted of old and tough shrimp. Luckily there are betterplaces to visit now. The restaurant itself is dark, weird music, and worn out. What was once a busy place has died out. Read more

This is the best Pho I've had in northern Colorado. I got the special-beef rice noodle soup + 1egg roll + 1 shrimp roll + soda,... I got boba tea for $2 more. The egg roll and shrimp roll were really good and right out of the fryer. The soup has a good amountof protein, both rare steak and well done brisket. They gave me a mountain of vegetables; bean sprouts, jalapenos, and basilleaves. The service was really good, I got the egg roll and shrimp roll within 5 minutes of my order. I'd definitely recommendthis place and I will be coming back. Read more

Staff (4/5) staff was nice tho Read more

I have to be brutally honest here. I came here for a Father?s day lunch with my mom and my stepdad. We are Vietnamese. We... recently moved up from Denver and this is the second Pho restaurant they?ve been been to, and first time here. We were regularlygoing to Pho Duy in Denver on S Federal, and that was where we always went. Most times, for me it?s good enough for me to eatand i?m not as picky. Today I have never been to a worse ?Pho? or ?Vietnamese? restaurant. Today I ordered the Rice plate withpork. B2. & I was literally shocked at what was brought out. Not only was the meat portion just enough for a small child, theegg rolls were veggie.. and the fish sauce is something i myself could make at home by googling ?simple fish saucerecipe?. Google ?Com Suon Nuong? or ?Com Dac Biet? to know how the meat should look in this dish. As for my my parent?s Pho. Mystep dad couldn?t even finish his bowl because it was just so disappointing and dissatisfying. My mom finished her bowl becausewell, growing up in poverty she could never waste food. The broth is key in Pho, and I had a bowl of soup that came as a partof my dish.. and at the end I tried it, and it tastes like the broth you get when you make instant pho noodles.. or maybe a canof beef broth is closer? The server was nice. She was the only one working, and luckily it wasn?t busy on a Saturday at 1pm.She asked how everything was, and I didn?t have to heart to truly tell her how bad the meal was. But i asked if this restauranthad the same owner as the one in Denver. She said No, and I asked if the owner was Vietnamese and she said No. When my mom wentto pay, and I could hear the server ask if everything was good, and when I asked my mom how she responded she said she couldonly smile. & the server said she knew it didn?t taste like Vietnamese food. We will not be coming here again. I would hesitateto try the other dishes if they were free. Read more
