All things considered I would put this as one of the best breweries in town. It pulls of the German vibe really well despite the... brewery being in an older home. The staff was super welcoming and friendly upon walking in for the first time ever. However, Ithink the beer is what makes it shine. There aren't ciders, seltzers, or sours to give their menu the sweet drinks and easywins for their menu but their traditional beer is some of the best in town. I love a lot of their stuff that I sampled butespecially the Vienna Lager, Dunkel, and Kolsch stood out. I will certainly be coming back to show it off when people are intown. Read more

according to their instagram they opened yesterday, monday october 24. i was there the following day at 6pm, they had a pretty... big line but there was a private event happening in the basement and i beleive those attending had to get their beer from theupstairs bar. small wine and cocktail list, light snacks (nuts, chips) and i saw warm pretzels and cheese being delivered totables. a big TV showing NHL, bar games available, outdoor patio with picnic tables and string lights. I have been drinking their beer for quite some time... and wanted to visit as soon as I could when this new location opened up. It is one of the best venues in Fort Collins.
