Super slow. Was told it would be 25-30 mins wait, was actually closer to an hour. Grub was fine, nothing special, and certainly... not worth the absurd wait time. Read more
Really enjoyed this food truck today- husband had one each of three meats for his tacos (Elk chorizo, Duck carnitas, and Brisket... adobo)- he said he couldnt decide which was best because they were all great. I had the brisket in the greens bowl. LOVE theOaxacan Pico, so many flavors! When I went back for a second bowl and explained I was going to take it home for a meal the nextday, they very kindly gave me some great tips to help it overnight well in my fridge. We've also had tamales when they were onoffer in the past and enjoyed those as well. Read more
The Seared Greens bowl with the Hazel Dell mushrooms was delicious. We will definitely eat from this food truck again!
This guy is a trained chef with years of high end culinary experience, and it shows with the quality of food that he puts out.... Using local, seasonal ingredients, everything is fresh and prepared perfectly. Even when they are swamped with orders everythingwas coming out looking immaculate and tasted even better. Go see him at Stodgy Brewing on Tuesdays and you won't be let down. Read more
