Multiple times our delivery orders have been messed up. This place does not read tickets and just assumes things are in the bag.... Wasted tons of time and money on this location because they can?t seem to get orders right. So if you want to make sure you getall that you paid for, go in to the Resturaunt . Read more
I arrived at the Spoons Campus West location around noon for my 30 minute lunch break. The restaurant had been open for one hour... and they were already out of the soup of the day. The entire staff (4 people) were all over the place and completelydisorganized. They had the girl ringing people up also running food who was totally clueless. After waiting for 30 minutes formy soup and half sandwich I let the staff know I was still waiting and needed my food to go. I?m giving 2 stars because the foodwas great as always but the service?not so great. Read more
Went to spoons this evening and was thoroughly unimpressed. Workers seem apathetic and uninterested in doing their job. Ordered... a spicy southwest salad and a veggie wrap. Wrap is supposed to come with hummus but it was missing and the mixed veg wasseriously lacking, not sure what portion scoops were used but the wrap was almost all spinach. Just spinach in a spinach wrap -not worth the $8. Salad was dry and I asked to substitute chicken for avocado, avocado was also missing but I was able to catchthat mishap before we left the store. Overall, not worth the price, won?t be returning. Read more
