When I informed the girl working that there was mold on the food in the display case, she responded with "it's okay we don't... serve that to customers". Super not okay lol. Where else is there mold that we can't see? Mold is never okay. Even if justdisplaying food. I will now never order food from this Starbucks and I advise against it to anyone else too Read more
Gail is amazing my drink was beautiful and delicious and obviously made with love. Her customer service was top notch! Amazing!
When I went in and ordered, they gave me a tall instead of a grande. No problem, mistakes are made and they were pretty nice... about it. What wasn?t so nice was that to fix their error they just dumped the tall in to a grande size cup and didn?t addanymore coffee or chai tea to the cups. Read more
I was visiting my dear cousin and was just coming here to get a Starbucks. I walk up to the front counter and it took the lady 5... minutes to get my order and after she was talking about how she wanted someone else to take her shift, and I feel that it wasn'tvery professional. And then after I ordered, my cousin was about to order and the lady named Lake was talking to her fellowemployee instead of talking to the customer that is helping pay for their minimum wage or more.
