The atmosphere, food, and service is incredible. I feel very welcome whenever I go, and always enjoy my delicious meal!
I've eaten here on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. However, today, was exceptional! The food was fantastic... as usual, but our waiter, Michael I believe was his name, was one of the most kind, attentive, and on the spot waiters I haveever experienced. He made consistent eye contact when speaking with you and at one point even noticed that our soy Sauce ran dryand came outside to take care of it without us even waving him over. We saw him hurrying to hold the door for other wait staffand was so patient when one of our kids had dropped a fork on the ground that he had just given us, and of course, he kindly andpatiently got her another one, never setting it down on the potentially dirty table, but rather, handing it directly to her. This was our time at Suehiro. The restaurant is nice, and hostess was very kind. We were seated and our waiter came up to us to... get our order for drinks. He very much seemed as if he had no interest in being there. After our drinks came, he brought outdiced cucumbers and a bowl of soup for each of us. He sat them down and walked away. As I said, this was our first time in asushi restaurant. We had no idea what this was or what to do with it. It was only by asking a family member that we figured itout. We ordered appetizers and asked for forks. I?m not even going to pretend like we?re coordinated enough for chop sticks.Our waiter said ?no problem? but never brought them. I had to go ask the hostess. We ordered our food and it was good. Iusually don?t care for sushi but I did enjoy the roll that I chose. During our meal, our waiter stopped by once. We had to askfor refills for drinks, even as he was standing at the table. While food was ok, I don?t believe we will be back.
