TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! First off, it took a solid 11 minutes to get anyone to come to the counter to take our order... They all... were sitting back there either on their phone, or chatting it up. A few times, people came up, saw us standing there, and justdid not care .. so they went back to standing around. When a lady FINALLY came to take our order, me and my husband were clearlystanding together to order, but she was so impatient that after I ordered the first thing, she just told me the total... C'mon!!Between rolling her eyes, and the impatience, it was a bad experience. I payed for a large Baja blast freeze .. at first shejust just gave me a regular cup .. i tried getting her attention again, it didn't work.. so my husband said he would wait... Shefinally gave us a Baja blast freeze.... IN THE SMALLEST SIZE CUP THEY HAVE. literally, this is the same size they use for theirkids drinks .. I know, I brought my kids through the drive through the other week. Also, the door says you guys close at10:00pm... So why were all the chairs up before 8:20pm?? Very busy taco bell/kfc combo restaurant, but they are actually on their game here! Whoever is managing it ought to be hired out... for a few months to Timnath's taco bell location. My food was received in a timely manner and met all quality expectations.Overall definitely an A and would recommend. Read more
Honestly, with the quality of the food, if said customer asks for a supreme, they expect a supreme, not a regular one. I mean... this is the second time at this store, it?s just a nuisance. Oh, but god forbid they forget my jalapeño cream sauce, that wasthere at least. I appreciate it. It makes up for what you missed almost. Also, I see a lot of people standing and just twistingthumbs to find work. We expect good service, if not have the right to vent when we?re unhappy. Don?t like the criticism, thatjob isn?t for you.
