Went on 11/27 around 2:20pm and paid 15$ for a 32oz Red Bull infusion. Will not go back again. I ordered it frozen 10$ didn?t... know it had dairy in it and so I told the barista I would rather have it iced so no dairy then he charged me 5$ more to do that.Kinda ridiculous. Will no go back. I wanted to try the Human Bean because I have never had it before for myself and my mother in law. I was super excited. I... ordered a medium mocha and medium Chai. I asked for whip cream on both. I think they overestimated how much they should putbecause a huge amount of the actual drink was missing. The whip cream melted by time I got to my mother in laws nursing home. Iknow that whip cream melts but I was shocked by how much drink was actually in our cup. The first photo is the Chai and thesecond is the mocha. Human Bean reached out to me to get more information about my visit and to receive the photos I had taken(I couldn't figure out how to add them for a google review). The manager was very nice and apologetic about the experience. Theywent ahead and sent me a gift card in the mail to make up for the experience. I would highly recommend this location you willhave a great experience and in the event that they are unable to make the experience great they will make it right. Read more
