Walked all the way over because I saw they had a cookies and cream drink. Thinking it would be similar to the cookie crumble... drink from Starbucks (considering their menu specifically says the drink has cookies pieces in it)... I was completelydisappointed. It's already bad enough they charge $1+ more than Starbucks. They can't be bothered to put cookies pieces in adrink that they themselves promote as " being transported to cookie heaven" Yea. Right. Today is my birthday and I ordered the incorrect birthday size, an Italian soda. I was told in a curt time I had to pay for it... instead of getting the correct drink. I was told I can come back tomorrow or they could make two drinks and I could pay for oneof them after splitting the large into 2 drinks. They finally gave me a 16oz Italian soda. I have bought many drinks at one timebut started going to Dutch bris which is closer snd they create s magical coffee experience.
