Ordered our food at 1143, had to repeat our order at the counter 3+ times. Finally at 1215 when we didn't have any food we asked... for a refund. Manager was cussing behind the counter about staff that had pulled a no call no show plus wiping his nose whileopening food to check the items. Being short staffed is one thing, being short staffed and maintaining customer service andcleanliness is another. Won't be going back to Fort Dodge Arby's. Read more

This place has declined significantly from the original opening. The menu selections have been almost cut in half! I just picked... up a turkey and Swiss sandwich, most of which got thrown in the garbage. The bread was dry and stale, hard to find the slice ofcheese, wilted pieces of lettuce and a tiny piece of a dry tomato. I think there was the "suggestion" of a piece of red onionand what might have been some Dijon mustard on one side of the bread. They gave me the wrong drink and the under-cooked frieswere cold! Why can't we get any decent fast food in Fort Dodge? Arby's in this town is another one I'm crossing off my list.These places HAVE to do better! Ten bucks, down the tube! Read more

Decided to get Arbys last minute for dinner, went through the drive thru at 10:53pm Thursday Dec 8 ordered some food didn?t even... get the French dip ( dip ) let alone the marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks.
