My wife and I visited the Elbo room after receiving recommendations from others around town. Our experience was underwhelming... to say the least. I generally love a nice dive bar or even a fun college bar, but a lot of the people present were justdownright trashy especially upstairs at the bar. Maybe we just went at the wrong time, but we both agreed it wasn?t anythingspecial and the drinks weren?t even ?cheap? as many said. We spent $15 for a bottle of beer and a vodka-cran in a plastic cup.I?d say the pricing is average at best, but not ?cheap.? Read more
A staple if not THE staple of Ft. Lauderdale beach history. It's been around a very long time. Cool and chill place to go and... have some drinks and people watch! Stopped by to have a drink and revisit a place I haven't been to since I graduated in 1981! Hasn't changed... hahaha... Large... outdoor seating area ample room inside. Live bands. Bathrooms could use a good scrubbing but it is a bar for the young folk!Brought back some good memories! Read more

Easily the best bar in Fort Lauderdale and it?s the only place we have to hit every year when we come down. The bartenders are... always amazing here. It gets me every time how much I love the staff and the entire vibe of this bar. Take care of thebartenders and they will take care of you.
