We had a breakfast for four and the bill came out to 98$. They also included their own tip for a party of four. Two of the... plates were their basic pancakes and fruit. We were the only ones in the restaurant and we were not offered refills on ourcoffee till we were standing up to leave. My meal was tasty but too pricey for me to return. Read more
I do not recommend this place. The food was just okay but that wasn’t my main concern with the restaurant. We got 3 lunch... plates and no drinks (just tap water), and somehow the bill was $70 for just that. The service was slow and they never came tocheck on us, however they feel it’s appropriate to add a 20% gratuity charge? And they seemed kind of secretive with the bill,had to specifically ask to see the bill, had to specifically ask to see the itemized bill. When asked about the service charge,we were told that they would have to get the manager to take it off to adjust the amount. To my understanding you tip 20% foroutstanding service (though I make it a habit to tip 20% either way). This was not outstanding service and I don’t thinkit’s fair that people are not given the option to tip what they want. And what about the people who didn’t notice theservice charge?
