I hosted a Meetup Dinner at Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine last night. It was large party of 35 and I was impressed with the total... service we received. Guest were seated quickly and drink orders were taken. Soon after food orders. The menu offers a variety offood and the waitstaff was courteous and friendly answering questions and making possible suggestions when asked. The foodarrived much quicker than I had expected. Service was prompt and for party of this size I found the quality of service and foodto be exceptional. We were very surprised at how large the portions were and many took food home. THE WORST PLACE EVER! STAFF UNKNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE MENU. I ORDERED SOMETHING FROM THE KIDS MENU AND I WAS ASKED TO ORDER... SOMETHING ELSE BECAUSE MY ORIGINAL CHOICE TOOK TO LONG TO MAKE. SO I ORDER SOMETHING ELSE, THE FOOD COMES OUT AND IT ALLHAPPENED TO BE OVER COOKED AND EVEN WORST UNDER COOKED. OUR DRINKS MIGHT AS WELL BEEN FROM THE VENDING MACHINE NEXT DOOR. IASKED FOR SOME PINEAPPLE JUICE AND GOT PINEAPPLE SODA FROM A CAN. MY CUBANO SANDWICH WAS ORDERED WITHOUT PICKLES AND GUESS WHATIT HAD IN IT. THEN IT WASN’T PRESSED IN THE PANINI. Read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went in for lunch, accompanied by my service dog, and was denied access by a... staff member and the manager Elizabeth. They repeatedly asked me for “service dog registration” and I calmly and politelyexplained that a service dog is not required to be registered (and that in fact there is no such thing as an official servicedog registry) and that I could not produce the documentation that they wanted. When I attempted to show them the ADA businessbrief they interrupted me, dismissed me, and refused to allow me into the restaurant. The manager, Elizabeth, refused to listento me and began to take phone calls as I was in the middle of speaking to her. They refused me and my service dog access in away that was unlawful and embarrassing. I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant and will not be recommending, especiallynot to anyone that has a disability and requires special accommodations. This was especially upsetting because I have orderedtakeout many many times and have given this restaurant a lot of business. Avoid this place. Read more
