Horrible customer service. I called and spoke with ?Jasmine? the ?Manager?. I placed an Uber eats delivery and she told the... driver that there was no more garlic dipping sauce or Brisk 2 liter teas. Uber Eats said this was the stores issue (which Iagree) and she refused to let me come and pick up and alternative drink/sauce or refund me. so I paid to receive NOTHING. Read more
Everytime I have been here things move quickly, but not often friendly, understaffed and most expensive. I am extremely upset with papa John?s. We never order from here and decided to give it a try. First, it takes well over an hour... for delivery, then the food is delivered to the wrong address and we have to wait even longer. Then the food is finallydelivered and we were missing half the food! Then we called the driver because the store doesn?t answer the phone and she wentback to the store to check for the food and brought it back. I tried to call and I was put on hold repeatedly. I want a refund for this pizza. This is how my COLD pizza arrived smashed up... and frankly a quarter of the pizza was just a dried out bubble.
