I placed an order through the app at 11:31am which said the delivery time would be 25-30min. I called the store at 12:09pm and... 12:13pm to get an update on my order status. Both times an employee picked up the phone and immediately hung up without sayinganything. I called a third time at 12:17pm which I then sat on hold for 10min before finally getting an answer. The lady whoanswered was EXTREMELY rude. She could not provide me with an accurate update and when I continued to ask she said "idk maybe20min more" and then hung up on me. It is now 12:37pm and I still do not have my order or even an accurate update. Read more
We ordered a melt and a pan pizza. We requested extra mushrooms and there were barely any on the pizza. I would have been more... satisfied eating 1 of my shoes. I can not believe Pizza Hut has dropped in quality so much. Can't comment on the staff exceptthey seemed friendly, because we ordered online.
