I call to place an order before the store was closing (after 11:pm) I asked Kendrick if any specials other than $25 for a large... he states if you place it online, so hung up proceed on the website, the website decline the order stating store closed (but thestore was still open) I called him back and explained same stated since I can?t process online due to website can you offerexception and just place the order over the phone for the discounted rate. He refuse and states the manager going to say No aswell. I?m was very disappointed because I really wanted the pizza but he was not willing to go over/above with Customer serviceto please the customer so I will never order there again and will surely share my experience with others regarding thislocation. The pizza is hot and comes in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is that the delivery driver is rude. She complains... about tips, I ordered a 2 liter and she brings me a regular soda and 2 small diets and says they told me to bring this pick oneor the other .
