Its unfortunate that I am only reviewing the bad experiences here. I?ve been here a bunch of times and had quick and successful... experiences. Then recently there?s a new particular employee who keeps mislabeling and then forgetting to add the vanilla in mydrink. This is the first time in all the years I?ve been to Starbucks that when someone forgot the vanilla in my drink she handsme a small cup with 3 pumps of vanilla and tells me to add it myself. Normal protocol is if you don?t make it correct then youcorrect it. I guess this was her correction. Today she wasn?t the one talking my order but she still seemed to leave the vanillaout.
