Im from NY. I just moved here and was told about this place but nevee had time. Came out for the first time solo. But the vibe... was so good that i felr so comfortable. And the staff is BEST! I saw a guy that seemed like manager and i wanted to tell him howmuch i love this place. He said he was the GM, Ronnie. When i told him it was my first time. Not only did he welcome me, butthanked me for coming and offered to buy me a "Welcome to The Hub" drink! Never have a seen such customer service! Im tellingall of NY where to go in Florida!! I had went to Florida a little while ago and lost my wallet with all of my belongings in it, including id and social security... card. I thought it was gone forever until one day Ronnie, the general manager, had took it upon himself to find me on facebookand message me about it. He had kept it and had offered to ship it back to me in a heartbeat. Ronnie expected nothing in returnand is truly a very selfless guy. He even provided a tracking number for me and got it to NH within a few days. I cannot thankyou enough, Ronnie. Read more
