We decided to try out a new place and chose here. The food was absolutely amazing, we will be back. But we will not dine in like... we did today. We had 3 different people wait on us, and all were terrible. Sat us a dirty table, asked for our drinks and Inever got my drink. We had to ask for our order to be taken, food came out really fast, and never saw a waiter again. Had to goto the counter to pay the bill and tell them what we had. Read more
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. The service is as bad as it can get. It?s supposed to be a place to grab a quick sub but the older... gentleman serving dropped the ball. Everyone was complaining at the service. After 30 min he had forgotten to put our order in.5 parties that came after us had left and we still hadn?t received our order. Then the server gave us a discount shown in thereceipt due to the bad service. When I went to pay the old man at the register Osvaldo with the gray hair and glasses might befrom Chile or Uruguay due to the accent it got even worse. He started to make excuses on the bad service and took off thediscount from the receipt out of spite because he was upset that I was upset. He said maybe we should?ve ordered at the counterto avoid the bad service. When I asked for the owners contact he said ?it does not matter if you don?t want to come here againsomeone else will?. Which I never said because the food is good. He avoided giving me the owners number. One gentleman namedRoberto that seemed to be a cook was the most respectful saying ?im sorry we?ve messed up?. That?s how you show customer servicenot making excuses and treating the customer bad. I am so upset and request to speak to the owner. He did not want to providehis info. That says a lot about this guy and the place. I have proof of all this I am not making it up. The image I posted isthe receipt where the discount was given and I have the card statements where he charged me without the 10% discount initiallyfor bad service. Avoid the terrible service and if still considering coming by get it to go. This is also not my first time hereI?ve been coming here for 10 years. Service declined like doge coin.
