Their delivery driver that drives a white jeep SUV is reckless and a danger on the road. I was driving on Jackson Ave and their... driver, seemed like a female, decided to speed, radically drive aimlessly, and be overall violent on the road. She then flips meoff for no particular reason, and decides to keep driving erratically. In a separate occasion, the white jeep suv also wasdriving erratically on 2nd division by the ranger compound, swerving all over the road and not paying attention, only reallyfocused on their phone. The disregard of safety and proper road manners does not end there. The driver that drives the whitejeep also purposefully would over take others cars on a single lane road dangerously, even goin so far to speed erratically toflee the incident. The store overall is fine, they are exactly what they say they are. Fast, hot, pizza. Some of employeesneeds to be fired though, specially the driver on the white jeep suv. Read more
Called for delivery, was told 30-minute ETA, 60 minutes later, I called back only to find out they had recorded my phone number... incorrectly even after I repeated it 3 times. They brought the pasta I ordered 15 minutes later and then the delivery driverproceeded to tell me it was my fault for not giving them the right phone number. She then told me it was probably cold and I'dhave to microwave it. It was cold and disappointing considering how much the delivery fee was. Terrible service and they blametheir customers for their mistakes. I know this review means nothing to them, but I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Read more
Waited 2 hours for a cold cheesesteak that was cut vertically and inedible. Store won?t answer their phone either.

Honestly they shouldn?t be on base. Three times now I have ordered delivery and they have somehow ?lost? my order. Tonight they... literally charged my card $66.33 and seemed to have no trace or record of my order. I don?t understand how they charge my cardthen somehow have no record of my order. I always keep getting transferred from person to person when I call. Tonight I wastransferred to eight different people! Their business needs to be removed from Joint Base Lewis McCord indefinitely!
