As usual! Great service, great quality food, amazing cleanliness! Every time I walk in the restaurant and I have no issues I... know its because Ally (a Manager) is on the floor! No matter if its going down with a room full of customers, or shes on herlunch break, Ally always greets me with a warm welcome! first of all who does that nowadays, its rare and really drives me tocome in and order with confidence! Ally keeps her floor organized, and I know this because the restaurant is running at optimalperformance, and you her managing skill are superb because her workers are never in a grumpy mood or under stress like otherrestaurants. Ally is a great leader because I first had have seen her on the line at peak times, restocking the cutlery, heckeven grab a mop and hit the floors, now that's pride in her work. Honestly every time I walk into the restaurant you'll catch mepraying she's on her shift because nobody else runs that restaurant like she does, at first I thought she was the owner, butjudging by her grand effort of work and dedication invested into the restaurant, you wouldn't be guess otherwise. Overall, thankyou to Ally at my local Qdoba for bringing me back to the restaurant well over 100 times, and I look forward to being a lifelong customer, and I'd like to apologize as well because this review is long overdue! Don?t eat here!!!! Wow! Rude not family friendly and bad info. Female manager shows rudeness. I asked if the brisket has... changed, she yells yes it costs more in a rude fashion. I made no mention or ask of the price, I wanted to know about theingredients as it is now spicy and children won?t eat it. I was assured it wasn?t spicy at all. I asked for a sample and yes itis spicy. So they don?t know their own products. This is not a family place to eat... all their meats are overly spicy andchildren can not eat the food. Also manager lady counting piles of cash on the counter next to the till in reach of customersand yelling to the back scolding the other workers in front of a lobby full of people. This felt like a very stressfulenvironment. It didn't look professional nor feel safe. Many things wrong with this operation. Message to owners?.Needs a crewoverhaul and workers who truly know the products. What else are they doing wrong behind the wall? Do not recommend at a $48bill, not worth my time. Read more
