One star?The one picture of the pool on the website looks like an outdoor water park maybe. Trying to call and talk to someone... who knows swim times is not going well. Website looks like there maybe just swim lessons. One star for helping a visitor outover the phone or over the internet. I?ll still be going since it?s the only option. I?m sure the in person experience will bebetter. Just got a call back from someone else. All my questions answered. Going with two stars for info availability. Soundslike a five star facility though. They just need better pool pictures on the website and a phone menu that is easy to navigateand where people 2nd in line on hold don?t go to a full message box then have to call back and choose options that don?t helpthem talk to someone who knows the answers they are looking for. This is my favourite thing about living in fort Mcmurray. The early bird golf membership is an awesome deal and having that... combined with the 25% off of the yearly gym membership is amazing as well. When you get those two deals it?s still cheaper thena 7 day golf membership up the hill where you don?t get any discounts or even a members tag for your bag. The workoutfacilities are amazing with the track upstairs that gives you room to go stretch and the aquatic center is amazing with thesauna steam room and hot tub. Love this place and the staff does an amazing job and the workout equipment is always workingit?s always clean and never down for repairs hardly ever.
