Decent. Not as good as the ones I had before and they don?t have Apple Pay.
Steak n cheese and chicken teriyaki are 2 very good sandwiches...which we enjoyed with watermelon/strawberry lemonade...good... value for the price...and they add whatever fixins you want to the sandwiches...nice, polite, friendly staff... Read more
I have not been to Charleys since last year because the employees were rude and nothing was done about it, just told me to come... again, as if its okay to be rude to your paying customers. I love the food so I thought I'd give it another try. Was in line at6:05pm on 6/30/2022. The people behind us were told they were closed. Thought you closed at 7:00pm? There was no sign up statingotherwise. Also, out of lettuce, again and lemonade. The customer service has not improved at all. I suggest more CS trainingand reminding them of closing time. Read more
Horrible waste of money! Bad service, grumpy cashier who doesn?t listen. This location got my order wrong twice and most... recently gave me half-cooked French fries that were inedible. Do not eat here. Read more
