Just walked into Jimmy John?s at 5:37 PM. Couldn?t get an Italian sub because the employee was too busy slicing the meats needed... for an Italian sub and she wouldn?t be finished for an hour. 07-15-22: I placed an order online at 12:09 PM. I've done this many times before. I got to the JJ store at about `12:40 PM... and my order was not ready. What's worse the female counter clerk was on the phone, one other counter clerk was present. Theticket generated from my online order was hanging on the thing all orders are hung on and for 30 minutes it was simply ignored. This has NEVER happened to me. I've always ordered and paid online and when I get to the JJ store the order is in a bag on theshelves to the left. I may give this place another shot. Not sure. One thing I do know is that owner would be doing the rightthing by terminate the Lady who was on the phone who was defensive about not having my order ready. BTW, there was no one elsein the store when I got there. No one! They cannot use that as an excuse One more thing, the young man who was behind thecounter witnessed this and was very respectful and apologetic. I tried to find out who the owner is by searching online withoutsuccess so I had to resort to writing this review. Read more
